How long have you been doing this and how did you become a Small Business Expert?
A defining moment in my life happened in 2002 when I opened the ballet school of my "dreams" at the age of 24. I was a ballet teacher at the time, so I had all the resources at my fingertips, but I had a very small budget.  I started with a very small school, and I worked all the time. I was exhausted, and I rarely saw my young family. 
The other problem was that during the first 2 years of owning my company, I was losing money non-stop. I was working for pennies. Here’s how I overcame this situation: I devoted myself to hiring the best mentors in marketing, business management, and in mindset. Less than 12 months later, I turned my company into an expanded performing arts school, and a business that earned well into the6 figure range (almost overnight) … and that continued to grow each year after that.
I noticed I wasn’t the only one struggling with this marketing, business management, and mindset “stuff,” when other small business owners started coming to me on a regular basis asking for my strategies that propelled me to success so fast. So as a result, I’ve now dedicated the rest of my career to sharing my secrets to success as a business owners, teaching other entrepreneurs how to attract all the clients you need, make high 5 or 6 figures in your company and have more freedom in your life to enjoy it all. After all, if you don’t have the time to enjoy your achievements, you’re still missing a key ingredient of success!

What really sets you apart from other Small Business Experts?
Although we teach business management tools and strategies, you have me as a small business expert and consultant. I only work with entrepreneurs and very small businesses. In other words, I don’t consult with people in mid-sized companies or large corporations. What this means to you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for the entrepreneur. Because I am laser-focused, what you get with me is a no-excuses, no-nonsense, undiluted expertise on what works for independent professionals. I’ve simply become an expert at this “stuff” and that’s why my clients, groups and customers get great results (and of course I always offer a LOT of compassion, humor, fun and encouragement)!
Who do you work best with? What is expected of me?
The coaching, workshops, and programs are created for entrepreneurs who are extremely excited and serious about building a successful company. They are created for people who are ready for real results and take a no-excuses approach to creating the company you’ve always dreamed of, but never knew you could have!

Being a high-achieving go-getter myself, I’m known to work best with other high achieving go-getters who are ready to take a stand for your own education and success, and just want to know exactly what steps to take to get the clients you want.
The workshops, coaching, and programs are action learning courses. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. I will give you the recipe, but you absolutely must follow it to get the results you desire. There are no more excuses standing in your way. It just takes thinking differently about your business, while receiving the full support of an expert mentor who has also achieved the same goal you have: more clients, more money, and more time off to enjoy your life!
Who is NOT going to benefit from working with me?
Please know that I’m very selective in who I work with. Sometimes I must (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It’s not fair to these people either.)
These programs are NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate...at least not right now. It’s been my experience that people who are in a financial crisis do not trust the recommendations and tools that I give them and don’t do the work (probably because they’re using all their time worrying about where they’re going to get next month’s rent or mortgage payment).
If you feel like this may describe you, don’t worry. That’s absolutely OK. We’ve all been there at some point, but do yourself 2 favors:
  1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job to pay the bills, and then call me. This will take away some of that fear and desperation, and allow you to focus on the steps you need to take to build your business in a big way.
  2. Sign up for my free small business tools via email. The free information will get you started in the right direction, toward your desires and goals until you’re ready to work together in a bigger way!
Doing these things will really help you to get ready for our work together. When you’re ready, call or email me and we’ll get you started. I’ll be here when you need me. There’s no rush.
Another type of person I won’t work with (without exception) is the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as the victim who consistently makes excuses, blames others for her troubles, or challenges every single aspect of the program or workshop. If you are one of these people, I respectfully ask that you do not call or email to join our programs, and I hope that you understand why. We’ll probably not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair to ask?
Do you take credit cards and do you have a payment plan?
Yes. We happily accept most major credit cards. That’s how we do most of our business actually. And, we also offer payment plans for many of our coaching, workshops and programs for your convenience.
